For the past year I've been a Citizenship Fellow at San Francisco’s Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. I and my cohort — over 30 artists, activists, and others committed to social justice –have been investigating the question, “Why citizenship?”
As part of our year-long exploration, we will be presenting a variety of projects at Yerba Buena's public square on August 19. The invite is below:
I'd like to invite you all to participate in the twitter version of my project for the Public Square at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts. While I hope as many of you as possible can come on August 19, here's your chance to add to the discussion and participate by posting to a dedicated twitter account set up to track responses to any or all of the following questions:
